Message from the President
By John Cummings, Owner of Polaris Postnet
We are excited to announce that this year's 5th Anniversary Orange Celebration (Parade and Freedom 4-Miler Day Run)
will be brought to you by our new Title Sponsor, WOW Internet, Cable & Phone, as well as the many Gold and Silver Sponsors.
Click on the Orange Celebration link to learn more about this exciting event.
We are also proud to present Cabot Rea, NBC 4 News Anchor, as the Grand Marshal
for this year's 4th of July Parade!
As President and Chairman of the OTBA, I want to express my gratitude for having the opportunity to be part of such a vibrant and
civic-minded organization. Rounding out the newly elected 2009/2010 Board are Vice President, Christy Perry of AllState Insurance;
Secretary, Brad Ness of Focal Point Business Coaching and Treasurer, Steve Lee of C.A.R.S. @ Polaris.
We are excited about leading the organization and working to support the community during the coming year!
As we enter our fifth year, the OTBA will continue to focus on developing, coordinating and executing a series of
community-based special events, such as the 4th of July Orange Celebration (Parade and Independence Day Run), Candidates Night
in October and the OTBA Business Expo, which successfully debuted this past March. As always, we are open to your ideas on what else you would like to see!
While we continually add to our ranks, the OTBA is in an expansion mode and is actively seeking out new members.
We meet monthly at Orange Township Hall and provide our members with unique networking, education and growth opportunities… not to mention refreshments!
Each meeting is sponsored by a member business that gets an opportunity to showcase their business capabilities to the group.
As an added benefit, monthly meetings often feature a guest speaker or special programming to provide members with interesting
and beneficial business and life enhancing information. To find out more about the OTBA or to join,
please check us out on the web at www.otba.net or on your phone or PDA "anywhere/anytime" at otba.mobi.
In these often uncertain economic times, a variety of factors continue to work together to keep Orange Township one of the
premier locales to live, work and play in Central Ohio. A customer-focused retail and small business community (OTBA) combined
with an energized and forward thinking populace, make Orange Townships' quality of life second to none!
