As members and guest arrived, dinner and networking was offered. The meeting started at 6:45pm with welcomes and introductions.
Debbie Taranto offered an update on this years parade with news that it was going to be as big as previous years. She was receiving lots of last minute calls for sign-ups and questions.
Bruce Kullberg and Sherry Macdonald offered an overview of the first OTBA Photo Contest. Winners have been selected and will be announced soon. Winning photos will be displayed at this years parade, and the winners will be invited to attend July’s meeting to accept their awards.

Other announcements included information on the Olentangy Employee Vendor Fair, August 23rd was offered. There is no charge for OTBA members to participate. The Big Brothers/Big Sisters “Rotary Cup” will be held August 3 at Magic Mountain (north). They are seeking sponsorships.
Darryl Bell gave the presentation on some of the programs offered by The Promise Church including Power Lunches for business leaders, Promise Jobs Network, and Financial Peace University. More information on these programs, and more, can be found on their web site.
