Formed in 2005, the OTBA brings together small business owners and civic groups to exchange ideas, practices and support each other. At the same time, OTBA gives back to the community that supports the small businesses and civic groups. The OTBA has been responsible for our Orange Celebration, Independence Day Parade, Santa’s Wonderland, Local Business Expo and much more.
