To reserve a table, please click on the appropriate Participation Form below. It is available in Word or PDF format. If you are with the OTBA, use column on left. Summer Activities Expo use column on right. We do not invoice - use payment options outlined below. Select appropriate Table Chart to see current available tables (updated daily.) You can select your table preference this year (on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Payment receives priority over non-payment.) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: Please click on the Paypal button to the right (you do not have to be a member of Paypal to use this service.) Select OTBA (Member or Non-Member) or Summer Activities,and enter the business name that will appear on your registration form (so we can match your payment to the correct business). You must return a Participation Form even if you’re paying by credit card.
