Complete all lines of and attach
your photo, then click Submit when ready. If you did not complete a required line,
you will be prompted to do so before you can Submit. Please allow a few minutes for
your entry to transfer depending on your photo size. Image cannot be larger than
2MB and must be in JPG format. You will then be directed to a welcome/confirmation
page and receive further information.
To attach your photo to entry form, use the ‘Browse’ button in the form. It will allow you to select ONE photo from your computer. If you have more than one entry, you will receive instructions on submitting additional entries without filling out this form again via email after you are redirected to the ‘welcome page’. Or you can complete this form each time you wish to enter.

OTBA’S FIRST ANNUAL PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION IS NOW ACCEPTING PHOTO ENTRIES!
Photo submissions are now being accepted for the Celebrate Your Neighborhood Photo Contest. The contest includes six categories which are Portrait, Landscape, Animals, Sports, Macro (close up of anything) and Creative. We accept black and white or color photography. All photos need to be taken in Lewis Center / Orange Township, and you must be a resident of Lewis Center, Ohio to submit an entry. All photos will be reviewed before being displayed in contest, so please give us a day or two to review and display new entries. By entering contest, you agree to our rules. Review rules here (PDF format). Please include a ‘Description’ where noted to include when, where and/or subject of photo.
